Job Overview
As an Integrated Producer at Colle McVoy, you will lead integrated marketing and creative production projects from planning and scoping through execution and delivery. Partnering closely with Creative, Account, Project Management, Studio, Media, and external vendors, you will ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Projects may include integrated campaigns, digital experiences, social content, print and retail materials, and experiential activations. This role requires a proactive, collaborative problem solver who can balance creative ambition with operational excellence while building strong relationships across teams and partners.
Successful Integrated Producers bring organization, accountability, and clarity to complex projects. They thrive in ambiguity, foster trust across disciplines, and help turn creative ideas into exceptional brand experiences. This role is ideal for a production professional with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of increasingly complex work while continuing to grow their leadership, strategic thinking, and production expertise.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead integrated production projects from concept through final delivery.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, workbacks, and delivery schedules.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Communicate project health, priorities, risks, and next steps to internal teams and clients.
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.

Scoping, Budgeting & Resource Management
  • Develop project scopes of work, production plans, estimates, and budgets in partnership with agency stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget performance, timelines, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
    Identify and communicate risks related to schedule, resources, and budget performance.
  • Forecast resource needs and collaborate with agency teams to secure appropriate staffing and support.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within agency project management systems.

Production & Vendor Management
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors and production partners.
  • Oversee vendor deliverables to ensure quality, timing, and budget expectations are met.
  • Support production across a variety of channels, including digital, social, video, print, retail, and experiential.
  • Apply production expertise to recommend efficient solutions and elevate the quality of the work.

Collaboration & Innovation
  • Build strong partnerships with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, Studio, Finance, and Project Management teams.
  • Contribute production expertise to strategic and creative discussions.
  • Stay informed on emerging production methods, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.

Required Skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of production workflows across digital, content, video, print, social, or experiential deliverables.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and additional Adobe Creative Supply Chain applications.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business communication tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production, integrated project management, marketing operations, or related experience within an agency, studio, or creative environment.
  • Experience developing scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing or creative projects from initiation through delivery.
