Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. $120,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities:

Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques
Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses
Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws

Qualifications:

Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently while handling multiple files
Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry
Admitted to local and state bar associations
