Job Description:

Are you an experienced sales representative with a passion for interior living spaces? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Home Remodel Sales Representative & Project Consultant for our Interiors Living division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our interior living projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other interior living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels (website, ads, referrals, home shows, etc.).
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and offer design guidance and ideas.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the quality of FSBD's workmanship and bringing their interior living space vision to life.
• Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional customer service.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our clients.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction or remodeling.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
