Business Systems Analyst

6 Month Contract (Extension Likely)

Location: Remote (PST Work Hours)

Pay Rate: $40-$50/HR DOE

Duties:

• Supporting ServiceNow HR applications and Integrations with third-party applications and data sources.
• Partner with HR Business, IT Business Analysts, QA, along with IT Applications team in delivering world-class employee experience.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops. Perform gap analysis (as is functionality versus to-be functionality)
• Participate in end-to-end activities related to implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.
• Work with the business, design, engineering, and product teams to create epics and user stories.
• Participate in User Acceptance testing and recommend improvements.
• Participate in User Research with internal customers.
• Be part of a Dynamic team in building People technology solutions and help build talent within ServiceNow.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile environment

Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with verifiable experience working with customers to improve their experiences.
• Exposure to ServiceNow applications like HRSD/ITSM etc.
• Passion for technology and new ideas to improve the way people work using our products and the possibilities that come from building excellent customer experiences.
• Experience defining the customer/employee experience and personalizing the user journey across a cloud fulfillment ecosystem.
• Experience in preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis.
• Experience completing multiple, complex technical projects.
• Should enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Experience designing optimized customer/employee experiences in HCM.
• Comfortable presenting solutions to large audiences

Education:

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems or related discipline required; Advanced degree is a plus.
