Journeyman Electrician

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for Journeyman Electricians for our client in Saco.   We would love to hire you for this full-time position TODAY!

Please note the pay rate for this role is $40 - $45 p/hr

Responsibilities:

• Works with solar electric installation team commercial settings to install roof mounted and ground mounted solar arrays
• Loading/unloading equipment, staging and ladder work, using hand tools and carrying equipment on rooftops
• Installation of rail and solar modules, installing conduit, roof wiring, and cable management duties
• Keeping safety of self and the rest of the team at the forefront of all operations

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age and able to provide work authorization documents
• Must be local to Saco area
• Current/Active Maine Journeyman license
• OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the solar field required
• Position may require a drug screen
