Job description:
A Journeyman Mold maker is a skilled professional that has gone through the proper schooling and training to obtain a journeyman's certification tool and die. Who can interpret engineering drawings, sets up and operate various machine tools (including CNC machines), to build and repair precision molds, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges, ensuring high quality and tight tolerances by accurately measuring and inspecting completed work, while adhering to company standards. The ability to manage the timeline and workload of multiple projects through various departments by communicating with managers and department leaders. Works well in a team environment and can direct the team members working for them to be successful in meeting customer needs.
Key skills of a Journeyman Mold maker:
