Job description

--Position: Lead Mold Maker --Location: Canton, NC --Company: Manufacturing Company --Requirements: The Lead Mold Maker will be responsible for overseeing the Toolroom on site and ensuring that all molds and tools are fully functional and limit downtime of any machines to due tooling issues. This person will troubleshoot and do repairs on tools when they go down, keep up with tool refurbishment schedules, work with national tooling engineering team to provide support on development of new tools, and ensure everything is built and kept to specific standards. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity!

#ZRGBO --Requirements: --5+ years in Toolmaking and Tool maintenance and repair work --Experience with ownership over toolroom for production facility --Experience in plastic injection molding --Experience with planning and coordinating tool/mold maintenance schedules, handling inventory and supply management of tool room --Ability to put together presentations to management for changes to molds and mold processes including cost benefit analysis
