RN Home Health Case Manager, Cedar Hill , Desoto, Duncanville (PRN to Fulltime)

Family owned Home Healthcare company is seeking motivated nurse .

PRN position with opportunity for full-time position and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
