Role
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Engineer). You'll be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings. You'll also repair and maintain equipment, fixtures, systems, and conveyors, and work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and safe repairs.

- High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Skilled in the use of shop equipment and precision measuring equipment.
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries preferred.
- Experience with variable frequency drive (VFD), servo drives, and servo motor, rotary equipment, thermodynamics, heat transfer, or plastics processing is a plus.
