Heavy Equipment Mechanic - 2 Years Experience (DIRECT HIRE ) Mon-Fri

Labor Finders is immediately looking to recruit an experienced HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC. These are long-term, DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

• Position: Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• Mechanical Skills: 2 Years Experience Req.
• Pay: Depends On Experience
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Start Date: ASAP

JOB DUTIES:

• Sorting, organizing, and lifting heavy equipment parts.
• Reading and understanding maintenance manuals.
• Preparing and shipping mechanical parts from various pieces of heavy equipment.
• Removal of parts from existing equipment.
• Working outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather.
• Performing mechanical work.
• Operating heavy equipment like forklifts, backhoes, trackhoes, dozers, skid steer, etc .
• Lifting heavy parts, tools and materials on a regular basis.
• Additional related duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 18 years of age to apply.
• Heavy equipment mechanic experience for 2 years ( i.e. backhoes, trackhoes, dozers, skid steer, etc.)
• Must have proven experience as a mechanic.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job.
• Other screening and/or requirements will vary depending on the position.
