Pay

• $18.00-$28.00/ hour -depending on experience
• $1,000 Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform roof repairs on all types of roofing, including tile, shingle, flat, and TPO.
• Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Replace damaged or missing roofing materials such as tiles, shingles, or membranes.
• Seal leaks and repair damaged flashing to prevent water infiltration.
• Repair or replace damaged underlayment and decking as necessary.
• Clean and clear debris from roofs and gutters to ensure proper drainage.
• Work safely and efficiently to complete repairs within specified timelines.
• Communicate with clients to explain repair options and provide estimates for services.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights.

Job requirements

• In search of a Roofing Mechanic andCrew Chief
• 1+ years of experience in roofing repair
• Proficiency in repairing various types of roofing materials, including tile, shingle, flat, and TPO
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Strong understanding of roofing techniques, materials, and safety practices
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work on roofs for extended periods
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
