Job Description

The primary purpose of this job is to review and manage docket preparations for 341 meetings (meeting of creditors), ensure proper noticing to creditors and attorneys prior to the 341 meeting, file motions and objections with the Bankruptcy Court, take testimony at the 341 meetings and input pertinent information into the Chapter 13 software program.
Applicants must have the ability to perform a variety of complex duties accurately and in a timely manner with limited supervision, possess exceptional analytical, communication and organizational skills with a drive to learn and grow within the position. Excellent grammar and proof-reading skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, ability to take initiative and use good judgement, work effectively with all levels of the organization and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Desired qualifications include a bachelors or associate degree from an accredited college. Applicants should have a minimum of two years experience in a business or legal office, experience with bankruptcy is a plus.
