Job Description
We are currently seeking Entry Level professionals to fill our Customer Service Representative position. You will be responsible for interacting face-to-face with customers at our local events.
This position is the key point of contact between the community and our clients in order to further achieve their mission. We focus on developing and enhancing the competitive nature and willingness to lead within every potential candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Promote our clients at local events
- Oversee operations of our campaigns
- Set, meet, and exceed goals
- Present clients services in a friendly and professional way at all times
- Complete all training
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Be responsible and reliable
- Must be 18 years+
- To work well in teams and take pride in a job well done
