The Journey Ahead Home Care Agency in Cleveland, OH is looking for HHA, CNA, STNAs to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

HHA $14/HR

CNA $15/HR

STNA $16/HR

*ALL PICK UP SHIFTS ARE $17/HR

Responsibilities

• Provide personal home care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Report on clients condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and transferring
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE CERTIFICATION
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proof of automobile insurance *Required
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Current CPR certificate *Required
• Current First Aid training *Required
• Valid driver’s license *Required
• High school degree
• TB testing *Required
• Background check upon hire *Required
