Job Overview: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, responding to service requests, and preparing vacant units for new resident move-ins. This position provides an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting plumbing, electrical, and appliance installations.
• Performing drywall repairs and painting.
• Installing light and electrical fixtures.
• Using a variety of power and hand tools to complete tasks.
• Working independently and demonstrating self-motivation.
• Maintaining a keen eye for detail.
• Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve our high-quality standards.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Current EPA HVAC Certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance installation, drywall repairs, painting, and the installation of light/electrical fixtures.
• Proficiency with a variety of power and hand tools.
• Ability to work independently while staying motivated and self-directed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
