Hello,
My name is Alex and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Workforce Management Analyst position for a prominent client of ours. This role is 100% remote
Position Type: 9+ month assignment to start (potential to extend)
Pay: $20.00 per hour W2
Schedule: 40 hours per week; M-F
o Candidate will serve as a Workforce Management Analyst on the Scheduling Team in a Contact Center environment. This role will take primary responsibility for the Time-Off management process for the contact center.
Duties:
o Primary responsibility is the approval and denial of all Time-Off requests made in the contact center.
o Enter all approved Time-Off requests into the scheduling software.
o Assist the team with front office tasks, such as email and voicemail messages.
o Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
o 2+ years of relevant experience: Contact Center, Scheduling, or HR
o Must be familiar with MS Excel
o Education: High School Diploma/equivalent required
o Nice to have: Genesys Cloud
