JOB PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organisation's perspective.
Direct and oversee organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives, by implementing short- and long-term sales strategies agreed and set by Sales Management and approved by company top management and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct Sales Team.

Description
Strategy
§ Design and implement strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
§ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Team
Policies, Processes and Procedures
§ Implements approved Department policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Job Specific
§ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales Target for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
§ Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
§ Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys and reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and rates.
§ Meets key clients regulalry to maintain strong relationships
§ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
§ Plan to ensure achievement of divisional target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
§ Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
§ Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
§ Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
§ Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
Reporting
§ Maintain and Develop Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
§ Maintain, Develop and Meet Sales KPI’s.
§ Reviews and Directs in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for Division to meet company requirements, policies and standards.
§ Provide Weekly report of field sales success and communicate Voice of Customer Data to superiors.
HSSE
§ Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures across the Company in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
§ Ensure implementation of preventive methods for Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental protection according to RC regulations.
§ Ensures the emergency response and designs safety strategy for Logistics.
§ Actively promote the use of HSSE risk assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Academic and professional qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or Equivalent. (with MBA preferred)
Experience: 10 years and Above.
