Colorado Divorce Law Group is hiring a family law litigation attorney. Candidates should be adept at handling all aspects of a family law case and be comfortable and confident in the courtroom. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in family law litigation is strongly preferred. Please provide a resume, a cover letter detailing the extent of your family law experience, and two references.

Responsibilities

•Work closely with support staff and senior attorney to ensure thorough and diligent representation
•Confidently handle all aspects of the case, including motions, financial disclosures, discovery, use of experts, preparation of witnesses, drafting relevant documents, preparing and attending trials and hearings

Qualifications

•J.D. in Colorado required (in good standing)
•Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and heightened emotional situations
•Experience handling a complex caseload with multiple clients
•Demonstrated experience litigating in court
