We are seeking motivated and outgoing Field Marketers to join our team in the Pierce and King county areas. As a Field Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires great communication skills and the ability to work independently. All training is free and no prior experience is required. We are growing rapidly and those who have the drive and ability to be a great salesman may have a chance to move into the position of an in home specialist very quickly as our need for more will be growing shortly.

```Duties:```
- Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about our products and services, answering any questions or concerns
- Use telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate marketing efforts
- Attend team nights and regular team meetings and training
- Train junior field marketers as you become more experienced - Recruit new team members (Referral program includes bonuses)

```Skills:```
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, a variety of languages will be a sought after skill
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to market and sell products effectively
- Experience in fundraising or sales
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
