BusWest is a Thomas Bus dealership and a Part of VVG. We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team for following hours: Monday-Friday between 7:00am-3:30pm! 

What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a Customer Experience Manager to uphold post-sales satisfaction standards. Your role involves assisting with new bus quality control, conducting follow-up surveys, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating recall notifications and service appointments to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage a team of 2-3 apprentice technicians
  • Collaborate on new bus quality control efforts.
  • Complete follow-up surveys and address customer inquiries.
  • Oversee open recalls and maintain customer communication.
  • Coordinate recall road trips and service appointments.
  • Update Excede system and manage recall closure notifications.

 

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills with ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM system.
  • Familiarity with automotive or transportation industry advantageous.

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to pass post offer background and drug test

 

Compensation:

  • $67,000-$69,000 based on experience and qualifications
  • PLUS commission!
