We are the Leading Company in the industry serving customers for over 2 decades selling Laminating, Binding, and Print finishing supplies and equipment. We are headquartered in Knoxville, TN, and operate in Elgin, IL along with other various locations. We are seeking a highly motivated Shipping Associate ready to make a positive impact on our warehouse team!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Pay: $17-$19 an hour

EARN MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUSES!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Nobelus' commitment to safety and excellence.
  • Order Fulfillment: accurately pull each order according to the picklist ensuring attention to detail in every step of the process.
  • Order verification: perform thorough verification of orders ensuring two sets of initials or signatures as mandated.
  • Shipping preparation: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging with precise taping, banding, and wrapping to meet quality standards and provide visual documentation to ensure consistency in packaging appearance.
  • Fulfillment Report: Monitor the fulfillment report to make sure every order is picked, packed ensuring timely delivery.
  • Production Orders; Monitor slit jobs for timely delivery.
  • Prepare Shipments: Fill out shipping labels and schedule pickups for every order that is shipped out.
  • Organization: Assists with stocking shelves with overflow product.
  • Stock Checks: Execute stock checks upon requests.
  • Building Security: Make sure the building is secure/ locked and sets alarm before leaving each night.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of related experience

Skills & Competencies:
  • Ability to operate a forklift a plus but not required (training will be provided.)
  • Able to work in a team environment and fulfill objectives w/ minimum direct supervision and interact in a supportive and positive way with others.
  • Must be dependable and maintain an exemplary punctuality and attendance rate.
  • Experience working in a LEAN operation highly desirable.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience is a plus.
  • Ability to process complex spreadsheets and formulas that contain company data necessary to job function.


Physical Requirements:

•Must be able to lift 50 lbs daily.

•Must be able to kneel, stoop, bend, and twist daily.

•Must be able to stand for an extended period daily.
