The Shipping Lead plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the entire shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This position is responsible for coordinating shipping schedules, managing logistics partners, and maintaining compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies. The Shipping Lead will lead a team of shipping associates, providing guidance and support to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. They will also analyze shipping data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. Ultimately, the Shipping Lead ensures that all shipments meet quality standards and customer expectations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Proven experience in supervising or leading a team in a shipping or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier operations, and freight documentation.
