Job description

A Warehouse Shipping Supervisor oversees the daily outbound logistics and fulfillment operations of a facility. They manage shipping staff, coordinate the accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders, enforce strict safety and quality standards, and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to meet strict delivery KPIs.
Core Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Direct the daily workflow of picking, packing, and staging orders to ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff. Conduct performance reviews, delegate tasks, and motivate the team to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with freight carriers, sales teams, and customer service to route shipments and resolve any delivery discrepancies or delays.
