Personal Injury Paralegal (Prelitigation)

Accident Law Group is seeking a full-time Paralegal for pre-litigation plaintiff cases. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in pre-litigation with correspondence, medical records requests, demand preparation, conflict checks; communicating with medical providers, insurance carriers, etc. to efficiently resolve cases. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to problem solve, critical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in teams. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is not required but is an advantage. Paralegal Certificate and associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Salary is commensurate with experience, and we cover medical insurance (employee) premiums!
