Part-Time Community Health Activity Coordinator

Role Overview:
In light of the ongoing public health needs stemming from the COVID-19
pandemic, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a proactive and
dedicated Community Health Activity Coordinator. This role is central to a pivotal
campaign aimed at increasing COVID-19 vaccination rates and reducing vaccine
hesitancy and preventive education across underrepresented communities in Washington State.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct educational workshops to address vaccine hesitancy
and promote public health measures.
- Facilitate the distribution of multilingual educational materials and information
on vaccination clinics, ensuring they reach immigrant, unhoused, and minority
populations effectively.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local community organizations and
healthcare providers to enhance outreach efforts.
- Document activities and community responses using photographic evidence and
detailed reporting to support ongoing evaluation and strategy adjustment.

Requirements:
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- A smartphone capable of taking clear photographs and managing
communication efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to manage diverse community
interactions and partnerships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high levels
of motivation and engagement.
- Previous experience in community service, public health, or related fields is
advantageous but not mandatory.
- A commitment to cultural sensitivity and the ability to communicate effectively
in multiple languages is a plus.
