MUST ABLE TO INTERVIEW IN THE INDIANAPOLIS SHOP - ASAP

• Pay: $28-$33 an hour.
• PER DIEM is $100 a day if you work in Indiana
• PER DIEM is $160 if you travel to another state
• Must pass Background Check and
• Must Pass 10 panel urine test
• Own tools
• Must have PPE, Hi Vis Shirt, FR's

Responsibilities:

1. Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of industrial machinery such as conveyors, pumps, compressors, and industrial equipment.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues, analyze equipment failures, and implement corrective measures to resolve problems promptly and minimize production interruptions.

3. Installation and Assembly: Assemble, dismantle, and install machinery and equipment according to specifications, blueprints, and safety regulations. Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and integration with existing systems.

4. Component Repair: Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Fabricate and modify parts as necessary to maintain equipment functionality.

5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and procedures while performing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs, and inventory of spare parts. Prepare reports documenting findings, recommendations, and completed work orders.
