We are seeking an additional 3-20 PUBLIC ADJUSTERS to become a part of our organization!
ALSO HIRING 6-20 INDEPENDENT ADJUSTERS who are interested in becoming public adjusters. During the transitional period, you will be able to work with the firm in supportive roles such as estimating, scoping, etc., while maintaining the proper level of State Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Correspond and inspect damage with agents, adjusters, engineers, and/or insureds to compile information

• Take accurate and detailed damage reports with photos

• Calculate payment of claims using industry estimating software

• Coordinate with legal counsel in handling cases correctly

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in insurance adjusting or other related Sales fields

• 1+ years experience using Xactimate/Symbility

• Strong negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented
