WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A STORM RESTORATION ESTIMATOR

  • Proven experience in storm restoration estimating
  • Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior systems
  • Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detailโ€‘oriented, organized, and selfโ€‘driven
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred: Proficiency in Xactimate

DAY-TO-DAY AS A STORM RESTORATION ESTIMATOR

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistency and workโ€‘life balance.


In this role, you will start your day by inspecting residential and commercial properties affected by storm damage, carefully identifying issues with roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior components. You'll document findings, prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or similar software, and work directly with homeowners to explain next steps while coordinating with insurance adjusters throughout the claims process. From inspection through project completion, you'll ensure every job meets company quality standards and local building codes, maintaining clear, professional communication at every step.
