Pay: $200–$500 per completed adjuster appointment
Typical Earnings: $3,000–$5,500 per week
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of roofing insurance restoration or property claims experience

Roofing Insurance Restoration Experience Required

Midwest Master Roofing is hiring an experienced Roofing Insurance Restoration Specialist to attend pre-scheduled insurance adjuster meetings for residential roofing and exterior restoration claims.

This is not a general construction superintendent or production supervisor position. Candidates must understand the insurance restoration process, recognize storm-related property damage, document inspection findings, and communicate professionally with insurance adjusters.

The ideal candidate has previous experience as an:

  • Roofing insurance restoration sales representative
  • Property or catastrophe insurance adjuster
  • Roofing claims specialist
  • Storm restoration project manager
  • Roofing field inspector with insurance claims experience
  • Exterior restoration sales representative

All adjuster appointments are scheduled in advance. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or lead generation required.

Compensation is paid based on the results of each adjuster appointment:

  • $200 total when the roof is approved
  • $300 total when the roof and additional exterior items are approved
  • Up to $500 total when the roof and full siding replacement are approved

Midwest Master Roofing currently has an approximately 80% roof approval ratio.

Qualified specialists may attend an average of four adjuster appointments per day and approximately 20–30 appointments per week. Based on appointment volume and approved scope, typical weekly earnings may range from approximately $3,000 to $5,500.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-scheduled insurance adjuster meetings at residential properties
  • Arrive on time and prepared with all available inspection information
  • Photograph and document the adjuster’s inspection
  • Inspect roofing systems and exterior components for legitimate storm-related damage
  • Identify visible damage that may have been missed or overlooked during the initial inspection
  • Professionally bring relevant damage to the adjuster’s attention
  • Help ensure the roof and all damaged exterior components receive a complete inspection
  • Take clear photographs, videos, measurements, and detailed inspection notes
  • Document damage involving roofing, siding, gutters, windows, fascia, soffit, and other exterior components
  • Mark and photograph damaged areas when appropriate
  • Record the adjuster’s findings and the outcome of each appointment
  • Submit complete inspection documentation promptly
  • Communicate appointment results to the sales and administrative teams
  • Maintain professional communication with homeowners and insurance representatives
  • Follow company procedures and all roof-access and jobsite safety requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least one year of insurance restoration experience
  • Previous roofing, exterior restoration, or property claims experience
  • Experience attending insurance adjuster meetings or inspecting insurance-related property damage
  • Ability to identify wind, hail, and other storm-related damage
  • Understanding of the residential property insurance claims process
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior components
  • Ability to produce thorough photographic and written documentation
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and safely inspecting residential roofs
  • Strong verbal communication and professional presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple appointments throughout the day
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Smartphone capable of taking and submitting clear photographs and videos
