Job description

TIG Welder – 1st Shift

  • $25–$32/hour
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG repair welding on cast components
  • Repair cosmetic defects and rebuild damaged sections
  • Set up and operate welding equipment
  • Inspect finished welds for quality compliance
  • Follow safety and production standards
  • Complete required production documentation

Requirements

  • Strong TIG welding experience
  • Experience with aluminum and titanium alloys
  • Minimum 1 year welding experience in manufacturing/foundry/fabrication
  • Ability to perform detailed repair welding
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Aerospace or medical manufacturing experience
  • AWS Certification or technical school certification
  • NADCAP welding experience
