Job Description Injection Mold PM & Repair Technician Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotation: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Every Other Wednesday Pay: $24-$29/hour Depending on Experience Location: Jacksonville, AR Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repair on injection molds Troubleshoot mold tooling, cooling systems, hydraulics, and wiring issues Assist with mold tear-downs, inspections, cleaning, and rebuilds Use tool room equipment including mills, grinders, and lathes Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals Utilize precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers Organize repair components and maintain spare parts inventory Submit requests for replacement or OEM specialty parts as needed Support mold changeovers and production needs when required Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Technical or machinist training preferred 4-6 years of plastics or injection molding experience preferred Experience with mold repair, preventative maintenance, or tooling strongly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude required Experience using: Mills Lathes Surface grinders Precision measuring tools Ability to troubleshoot and work independently Willingness to learn and grow within mold maintenance and repair Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Company-paid healthcare 8% 401(k) match Paid vacation and holidays Stable, family-owned manufacturing environment Career growth opportunities
