LSCO publishes an Annual Security Report that provides information regarding campus Safety & Security, including topics such as crime reporting policies, information regarding programs to prevent dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking, the procedures the College will follow when one of these crimes is reported, and other matters of importance related to security on campus. The report also contains information about crime statistics for the three most recent calendar years concerning reported crimes.

Job Summary
Dual Credit Adjunct Instructors' responsibilities include, but are not limited to teaching assigned college courses to high school students, both on and off the ISD campus they are teaching for.
Duties/Responsibilities
โ€ข Teach courses as scheduled
โ€ข Maintain one office hour per week/per course.
โ€ข Attend LSCO adjunct faculty meetings
โ€ข Assess courses on departmental and institutional levels
โ€ข Complete LSCO Basic Blackboard Certification
โ€ข Complete LSCO Title IX training
โ€ข Must have reliable transportation for travel to assigned instructional sites
โ€ข Attend Teaching and Learning Center to upgrade teaching skills
โ€ข Other duties as assigned
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications
Vary depending on which of the two course types.
(1) Academic transfer - Master's Degree with at least 18 SCH in subject area;
(2) Technical - Associate's Degree in subject area OR License/Certification with 3+ years of work experience in the field related to discipline.
If you are applying to teach a profession that requires a license, please provide a copy of your license in the 'Other Document' area in the 'Documents Needed to Apply' section. For example, Peace Officer license, NCCER certification, CNA, etc.
