The responsibilities will initially begin as a Matrix assembly associate.

The focus is on the assembly process for the Matrix vending offering. This will include other standard warehouse-related duties. The goal is to have a full understanding of how the Matrix cabinets are assembled, tested, and prepared for shipment.

Placement will occur ASAP. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.

Receipt/distribution of products and assist in inventory. Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and complete machines. Pull parts on build order pick lists.

Organize assembly area and build assemblies within allocated warehouse hours. Maintain a clean and safe environment through a continued program of general cleaning and conduct operations in a safe manner. Perform quality checks on all assembly levels per company standards.

Perform machine run-in, document final quality checks, and prepare the machine for shipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills RESPONSIBILITY ENHANCEMENT Answer and respond to multiple calls daily while creating & and logging service tickets.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace MATRIX components and/or software/device issues. Provide in-depth hands-on functional and technical training to Matrix vending customers. Work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

Give Webinars to potential customers. THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: Previous warehouse experience Experience operating a forklift. Possess problem-solving capabilities.

Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude desired Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Mission-focused with a sense of urgency when required. Must have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment.

Team player. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to lift 50 lbs., occasionally up to 70 lbs. Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift.

Work effectively & and efficiently independently or as part of a team Physically capable & and willing to operate a forklift (we will provide training) Proficient use of a computer This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
