Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Management: Oversee major water infrastructure projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet all technical specifications and sustainability standards.
  
• Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance and supervision across multidisciplinary teams to drive the integration and quality of engineering work.
  
• Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
  
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous learning within the team.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or water management are highly desirable.
  
• Experience: At least 8 years of professional engineering experience, with a strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
  
• Certifications: NASSCO PACP/LACP/MACP certifications preferred.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling tools.
  
• License: Licensed Professional Engineer in the Mid-Atlantic Region or eligible for licensure through reciprocity.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and teams.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively directing team members and presenting to stakeholders.
  
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and integrate complex information into actionable plans.
