We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing high-level support and expertise in managing parts inventory, advising on part selection, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet client needs efficiently. As our Parts Product Support Specialist, you hold the keys to delivering world-class customer service through our parts department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mastering counter sales and promptly addressing customer inquiries with a smile.
  • Commanding daily parts orders and orchestrating seamless drop shipments.
  • Fulfilling orders, ensuring precision in shipping or for customer pickup.
