WhatYou'llBe Doing:

  • Properly account for the location of incoming goods
  • Ensure no damaged items are sent or received
  • Verify that products in each delivery match the packing list
  • Update inventory records as products are received and stocked
  • Package products for return to vendors and complete required paperwork
  • Minimize customer build downtime related to parts availability and procurement issues
  • Investigate and resolve issues with missing or delayed parts
  • Relay information such as estimated delivery dates between technicians and managers
  • Communicate with supervisors, departments, and customers to resolve service or parts-related issues
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify procurement teams of potential shortages
  • Track production schedules, assign materials, and prevent delaysimpactingdelivery timelines
  • Assist Material Handling teams in preparing and delivering materials to end users
  • Performadditionalduties within the Material Handling department as needed
  • Work overtime asrequired, including weekends
