We're seeking an Entry-Level Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time or part-time position (depending on your availability) offers an hourly salary, ranging from $12 to $17 per hour, alongside commission opportunities. Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm) Work Schedule

• Develops and maintains client relationships to ensure continuous satisfaction.
• Identifies upselling opportunities for additional products among existing clients.
• Prepares and issues insurance documents promptly and with precision.
• Assists in onboarding clients to establish clear expectations and familiarize them with our services.
• Ensures accurate processing of policy changes in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinates client appointments and efficiently manages calendars.

• Licensing Requirements:
• No previous experience is required! You must be able to obtain and Property and Casualty license.
• Must be fluent in Spanish, along with proficiency in English to be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
