As a Brake Press Operator within the Laser department, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and manipulating metal to precise specifications. Your day starts early, as you dive into projects, ensuring each piece of sheet metal or metal plate bends to the exact curve or angle required. With a keen eye for detail, you'll set up and adjust the press brake, align materials meticulously, and perform quality checks to meet strict standards. Your responsibility extends to managing raw material availability, conducting routine maintenance to keep the press brake in top condition, and keeping your workspace orderly. Your craftsmanship is crucial, transforming raw materials into essential tools and components through skill and precision.

We Offer Brake Press Operator Position:

Pay Rate: $18-22 per hour, based on experience
Shift: 1st, 5:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday
$100 + $25 BONUS for all referrals to us, WSI.

Qualifications for this role include:

Flexibility to work a varying schedule as needed.
Safe and effective operation of press brake controls.
Proficient in following instructions and interpreting product plans.
Basic computer and mathematical skills.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Preferred: At least one year of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
