Press Brake Set-Up & Operator

Location: Woodbury, MN (In Person)
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
    Pay: $24.00–$32.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate Cincinnati press brake machines using materials such as stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and aluminum
  • Perform complex bending and forming operations using standard and custom tooling
  • Verify first-piece quality prior to production runs
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Inspect parts and document critical dimensions to meet quality standards
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and height gauges
  • Maintain calibrated tools and equipment
  • Meet production rates and delivery timelines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years of press brake set-up and operating experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong shop math and measuring skills
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Experience with Proforma software is a plus
