The Big Task For a HVAC Service Apprentice
We're looking for exceptional HVAC Service Apprentices who can deliver world-class customer service.

As an HVAC Service Apprentice you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality of service, every time.

Key Sub Tasks For a HVAC Service Apprentice

• Assist Lead Service Technician in all HVAC service calls; be efficient and accurate.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Assist in properly troubleshooting jobs; adhering to quality checklist.
• Support lead Service Technician in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all formal exercises led by our HVAC Technical Trainer in our on-site Training Center and on-the-job training to master technical competency.
• Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.

Experience

• Clean, safe driving record, and ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Passionate about Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and loves the brand.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desires to be a better Service Technician tomorrow than you are today.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call responsibilities
• Overtime
