HVAC Installer Apprentice / Residential HVAC Installer

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM start time, with overtime as needed

We are currently hiring for both entry-level HVAC Installer Apprentices and experienced Residential HVAC Installers. What You'll Do:

Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories

Install gas piping, refrigeration piping, ductwork systems, and related system components

Perform equipment change-outs, new system installations, and system upgrades

Assist with system start-ups and ensure installations meet company quality standards

Support senior installers while developing technical skills (apprentice level)

Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout projects

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and HVAC code requirements

Support team members and help complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications for Apprentice Level:

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Strong work ethic and coachable attitude

Ability to work in physically demanding environments

HVAC schooling or trade school experience is a plus

Qualifications for Experienced Installer Level:

1+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Proficiency in HVAC system design, ductwork, refrigerant, gas piping, and electrical systems

Low-voltage HVAC knowledge

Ability to understand and apply all relevant HVAC codes

Strong communication and customer service skills
