Job Overview:

We are seeking an entry-level and passionate Social Media Agent to assist in managing our clients' social media accounts and engaging with their audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Social Media Agent at Createify Form, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, create compelling content, and contribute to the success of their social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing clients' social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor account activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and visually appealing content for clients' social media channels. Develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas for posts, and ensure that all content is on-brand and aligned with clients' objectives and messaging.
Monitor trends and conversations within clients' industries and engage with relevant communities to foster connections and drive engagement. Respond to comments, mentions, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties.
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of clients' social media campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure that campaigns are executed successfully and deliver the desired results.
: Track and analyze key performance metrics for clients' social media accounts. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive results.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in social media management, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
