We are hiring a Warranty Adminstrator/Receptionist

Must be detailed orientated while expediting warranty claims in a timely matter

We are looking for experienced, outgoing and self-motivated individual with a winning attitude and work ethic!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process, submit and print claims via the manufactures website

Verify payments of claims

Review, correct and resolve rejected claims

Work closely with the service manager to improve claim preparation and resolutions

Conduct audits on unsubmitted and claim differences

Have the ability to input data accurately, organized, efficient with attention to detail

Efficient with CDK and OEM systems

Proficient with Office and Excel
