Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Mobile Trailer Mechanic/Technician in Moreno Valley, CA! The Mobile Trailer Mechanic/Technician will be responsible for the timely repair and maintenance of heavy duty semi trailers. Must be familiar with aspects of trailer repair including air brakes, wheel seals, door repair, electrical wiring, side panels, cross members, floorboards, roofing, abs and DOT inspection. Welding experience is preferred for body work repairs. Computer competency is needed as well to manage part purchasing and work orders.
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 1:00pm-9:30pm
Compensation: Competitive Negotiable Hourly Pay $30-35/hr - Paid weekly, every Friday! PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE BONUS APPLIED! SIGN-ON BONUS MAY BE INCLUDED!

What the Mobile Trailer Mechanic/Technician role looks like:
- Prepare vehicle records and report both manually and on a computer
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to vehicles
- Inspect and perform work on the under parts of vehicles
- Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance
- Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare required safety documentation
What our ideal candidate looks like:
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
- Excellent communication skills and proficient computer skills
- Must have own tools
- Must have valid driver's license
