Job Summary:
We are in search of a warm, welcoming, and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Floor Manager to become a valued member of our team. As the Floor Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate facility operations to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Lead and support our Front of House (FOH) staff with positivity and encouragement.
Maintain adequate supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
Address guest concerns promptly and courteously.
Maintain accurate records and uphold opening and closing procedures.
Collaborate with senior management by providing insightful reports.
Ensure adherence to health and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Fine Dining Floor Manager is required; your expertise is invaluable to us.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards is essential.
Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
Ability to mentor, train, and support staff members effectively.
