Responsibilities:
As our new Press Brake Operator, youll be:
Master of the Machine: Youll be the wizard of the press brake, handling setup, operation, and routine maintenance.
Quality Visionary: Youll ensure that every product that leaves your station meets all quality standards and specifications.
Blueprint Innovator: Youll interpret blueprints and plans, understanding the ins and outs of each product.
Safety Advocate: Youll adhere to all safety protocols and standards, and youll help us develop safer ways of working.
Team Catalyst: Youll work closely with our team to meet production deadlines, and youll inspire your colleagues to innovate and excel.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
