Job Title: Customer Service/Office Assistant
Location:Lake Villa, IL
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to12:00 PM and/or 12:00-5:00 PM Schedule Flexibility appreciated.
Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones and addressing customer inquiries.
Process and apply payments to accounts accurately.
Customer confirmations and other correspondence.
Filing
Assist with various projects as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Be flexible to work longer hours or fill in for colleagues as required.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent people skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Reliable and Dependable
Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).
