Job Description

Develop and maintain multiple project schedules, integrating them into an executive master schedule.
Use project management tools to track key milestones and deliverables across various programs.
Produce detailed reports and metrics to assist Program Managers in meeting objectives.
Forecast staffing needs by managing schedules across multiple programs.
Serve as the primary contact for scheduling internal Program Management meetings and special projects.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

4-8 years of experience with a BA degree, or 2-6 years with a Master's, preferably in a project management role.
Proficient with Microsoft Project, Confluence, and other project management tools.
Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Clearance:

Must possess an active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
