As a Registered Nurse at Bella Home Health, you will start your day by reviewing care plans and preparing for patient visits. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering medications, providing wound care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. You will document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide support and education. • To excel in the role of Registered Nurse at Bella Home Health, candidates must possess a valid RN license in Texas.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems. Knowledge with Axxess HMR a plus.
