Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is hiring a full-time Painter/Drywaller to join our team! Our maintenance team provides full service repairs and upkeep for apartment buildings and residential homes in the greater Seattle area.
The Painter/Drywaller will be responsible for the full range of drywall and painting work in vacant and occupied apartment units and homes.
Skills & Requirements
- 1 year minimum experience
- Knowledge of proper paint products and tools for the job
- Ability to hang drywall, patches, and texturing
- Painting using brushes, rollers and sprayers as needed
- Ability to mask, prepare, and effectively clean job site when completed
- Good communication skills and team player
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a criminal background check
